Tom and Mary Scheidel will be riding 105 miles in Death Valley, CA on October 18, 2008. This ride is to support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The Scheidel's son, Jacob, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when he was 6 years old. Jacob is now a high school junior who enjoys music, theater and making movies.
